Led the migration from manual deployments to automated GitOps delivery across multiple Kubernetes clusters, introducing Git-based workflows, Helm, and ArgoCD while standardizing rollouts and domain-based service access.
Designed and implemented centralized authentication and identity management across 15 microservices and frontends, covering JWT/cookie auth, refresh tokens, custom roles, group-based access, Keycloak migration, custom auth flows, email communication, and SSO/federation with client IdPs.

Developed an automated deployment solution for aircraft multimedia platforms, built on a microservices and event-driven architecture, including automatic Helm chart generation to standardize and speed up service rollout to Kubernetes.
Re-engineered the deployment process from manual USB/pendrive-based installation on aircraft to a fully automated over-the-air deployment pipeline.
Reduced deployment time from 1h 30min to 11 minutes as part of this automation effort.
Built an aircraft crew management platform with scheduling functionality and two crew-trading modes: direct shift swaps between crew members, and a marketplace where crew members could list shifts for others to pick up.
Independently built the marketplace and its full trading flow (listing, browsing, and claiming shifts), giving airline operations teams greater flexibility in managing crew assignments.
Engineered backend services using Spring Boot and Feign for inter-service communication, with Kafka-based event messaging to keep crew, schedule, and deployment data in sync across services.
Integrated Keycloak for authentication/authorization across the platform's services and frontends.
Built responsive frontend components with React, Redux, and Material UI, delivering the crew scheduling and trading interfaces used by operations staff.
